How can I make a reservation at one of the establishments?

You can make your reservation on our website, directly at the Break And Home reception, or by calling the residence of your choice.

Is it possible to book a room without a credit card?

Unfortunately, a credit card is essential to make a reservation. In fact, to guarantee the validation of your reservation, a bank card is required.

You can make a reservation online via our website Break And Home or by contacting the residence directly.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Arrival and departure times may vary depending on the residence. However, all our residences are open 24/7.

Is there a car park available on site?

To check the availability of a car park at one of our Break And Home apartment hotels, please visit the dedicated page Our Apartment Hotels and choose the establishment you are interested in.

To reserve a parking space, we recommend that you contact the residence directly to check availability.

Does the hotel allow pets?

We do not accept pets in our residences for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Is it possible to add a cot in the studio for our baby?

In some of our residences, a baby kit including a cot and a high chair can be provided. To find out which residences offer this service, please consult the Our Apartment Hotels page and select the one you are interested in.

To guarantee the availability of the baby kit, we recommend that you contact the residence directly.

Does the hotel accept holiday vouchers as a method of payment?

We do not accept holiday vouchers in our establishments. Our residences accept payment in cash, by bank card or by bank transfer.

Does the hotel require payment in advance?

No payment is required when making your reservation. Payment will be taken on your arrival at our residence. However, depending on the rate selected, a prepayment may be required.

Is it possible to pay for my hotel stay with a different credit card to the one used for the booking?

Yes, you can pay for your stay with a bank card other than the one used for the booking. However, we will ask you for an identity card to verify that you are the holder of this new bank card.

Is it possible to check in late at night?

Yes, our residences are open 24/7.

In the event of a late arrival after midnight, we recommend that you contact the residence to inform them.

What are the cancellation conditions?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date at the residence. A charge equivalent to the cost of the first night of your stay will be applied if you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date.

Is it possible for a minor to stay alone in one of your residences?

Only minors accompanied by their parents or legal guardian are authorised to stay in the residence.
