For more than fifteen years, Accueil Partenaires has been designing and managing customised hotel solutions, whether as part of Public-Private Partnerships (INSEP and CNSD) or for large companies. Its involvement can take various forms: long-term service contracts, leasing as a manager or capital participation.
Faced with a new economic and social environment, expectations in terms of temporary accommodation have evolved. Break & Home opened its first apartment hotel in Aubervilliers in 2019, in the heart of the prestigious Campus Condorcet. In 2020, its presence at the gateway to Paris was strengthened with the inauguration of the Break & Home Italie Porte de Choisy residence in Ivry. Finally, in 2022, Break & Home Clermont-Ferrand was inaugurated, thus extending its growth in France. Building on its success, Break & Home is a dynamic brand that continues to develop with the opening of new hotel residences.
